Iconic Landmark – Singapore Botanic Gardens Bandstand

The octagonal gazebo located in the Tanglin Core of Singapore Botanic Gardens, known as the Bandstand upon the Bandstand Hill was erected in 1930 and has retained its original form over the years. The Bandstand site served as a focal point of the Singapore Botanic Gardens in its original landscape and staged early evening performances by military bands for many years. Although no longer regularly used for music performances, it is a favourite wedding photo spot and an iconic landmark of the Gardens.
